Targeted Tension Relief - 60 Mins

Focused treatment for specific areas of recurring tension.

Neck, shoulders, back, or jaw that keeps tightening or not resolving fully.

We start by settling your system so your body is not guarding against touch.
From there, precise hands-on work is applied to one or two key areas to reduce restriction and restore local ease of movement.

This is not a full-body session.

It is focused work for when you want to address a specific problem area without a longer treatment.

Best for:
• One or two stubborn areas of tension
• Recurrent neck/shoulder/jaw tightness
• Maintenance between deeper sessions

Not ideal if you’re wanting full-body relaxation or full-system reset.

Usadha Downshift Session- 90 Mins

A full-body therapeutic session designed to reduce overall tension load and help your system shift out of “held stress” patterns.

We begin by down-regulating your system so your body stops bracing and becomes responsive to treatment.

From there, hands-on bodywork is applied across the body, moving between areas of tension as your system allows.

This session is less about isolated problems and more about how the body is holding stress as a whole.

You’ll notice changes in:
• Overall muscle tone and tightness
• Breathing depth and ease
• General sense of physical “weight” in the body

Best for:
• Whole-body tension or fatigue
• Feeling “tight everywhere”
• Stress that is not localised to one area

Not ideal if you only want one small area treated.

The Exhale - 120 Mins

A full-system restoration session combining therapeutic bodywork and structured down-regulation of the nervous system.

This is designed for people carrying sustained stress, overload, or fatigue where the body and mind are both under pressure.

We begin by slowing the system through breath and grounding so the body can fully shift out of protective holding patterns.

From there, extended hands-on bodywork is used across the body, with time for deeper integration and slower pacing than shorter sessions allow.

The final phase is dedicated to full settling and regulation so you leave in a quieter, more restored state.

This session includes:
• Breath-led down-regulation
• Full-body therapeutic massage/bodywork
myofascial release, muscle energy technique, manual lymphatic drainage, pin & stretch as needed
• Slower integration and nervous system settling

Best for:
• High stress load or burnout
• Feeling mentally and physically overloaded
• Difficulty fully switching off or recovering

Not ideal if you want a quick maintenance session.

Highly recommend the Usadha Downshift Session. These have helped me with the stress and tension my body has accumulated from the week as a carer and gets me ready for the week to come. Each session Putu begins with a check in on how I'm doing and is tailored to areas that need more attention. The space is warm and comfortable. Putu puts a lot of detail and care during the session.
